Finance Department


The Finance Department provides a wide range of comprehensive support services which include:

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Financial Administration and Reporting
  • Local Tax Collection
  • Procurement
The main funds managed for the city include the general fund and our enterprise fund for utilities which include water and sewerage, electric, and sanitation.

Federal and state grants received by the city, such as those for transportation, public safety, and capital expenditures, are administered and monitored by the Finance Department. The Finance Department is also responsible for generating property tax bills and collecting annual business occupation tax for local businesses as well as issuing and administering alcohol licenses.
