Erroneous Utility Bills

Dear Valued Customers,

During the most recent billing process, there were some meter file errors identified. As a result, there were some erroneous utility bills processed. Fortunately, not everyone was affected by this; however, those of you that were, we appreciate your patience while our billing/meter team(s) research and rectify your bill. If you notice a significant increase in your utility bill, please email our office at or to the large number of accounts being reviewed, we are requesting 2-3 business days for a follow-up and update.

The Utilities Department is taking corrective measures and immediately adjusting the affected accounts; deemed necessary. We deeply regret this error and apologize for the inconvenience. If you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our office.
