Board of Appeals
About
The Board of Appeals is charged with the responsibility of hearing and deciding on stream buffer and flood variances. The Board consists of seven (7) members and each member appointed to the Board will serve for a period equal to the term of the Mayor or Council member who appointed that member, or until such member's successor is appointed. The Board meetings are held the third Thursday of each month (as necessary) by Zoom Video Conferencing at 7:00 p.m.
